Product Description
This machine adopts latest double-sided coating and laminating technology, coating and gluing two
sides (the front and the back) with pvc film and aluminum foil synchronously. Gypsum board lamination
machine is to laminate film on gypsum board.
Firstly, boards are put on the feeding rollers by automatic hydraulic board feeding device.
Secondly, eliminating dust on the surface of boards (There is a air blower).
Thirdly, coating glue on the board and gluing decorative film(pvc film and aluminum foil). Adopted cylinder
control, the distance of two rollers are compact, so glue is greatly saved. A barrel of obverse glue(50 kg)
can stick 900-1000 pieces of board(1220*2440mm). And a barrel of rear glue can stick 1200-1300pieces
of board.
