本機(jī)型用于紙箱類產(chǎn)品碼垛的專用設(shè)備，采用變頻電機(jī)、變頻調(diào)速、電腦PLC 控制，它具有自動(dòng)化程度高、運(yùn)行可靠，輸送平穩(wěn)、順暢，減輕工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高運(yùn)輸能力，適合大批量多品種生產(chǎn)的特點(diǎn)，往復(fù)循環(huán)自動(dòng)堆碼達(dá)到設(shè)定要求。本機(jī)主要由轉(zhuǎn)向輸送輥機(jī)構(gòu)、推包機(jī)構(gòu)、集包臺(tái)、擋板氣缸機(jī)構(gòu)、碼垛機(jī)構(gòu)、升降機(jī)構(gòu)和電器控制系統(tǒng)等部分組成。
This machine is used for carton products. Adopting techniques of variable-frequency ,controlled by PCL, it is fully automated which reduce labor costs. It is suitable for mass production.
